PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effective suppressing effect of the fondness for speculation by setting the maximum number of the value obtained by a player, when the put-out of the value is restricted, to a prescribed range. SOLUTION: The value of a safe/out ball difference counter is initialized to be zero in applying a power supply or resetting and, when a player sets a betting number, the number of the betting is subtracted. However, if the value is -1,000 or less, the number of the set betting is not counted as the number of an effective ball difference. When tokens are put out by winning, the number of the put-out tokens is added. When the value of the ball difference counter becomes 10,000 or more, the slot machine is controlled to stop.
