PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk recording system through which a desired viewer program can be freely selected out of a plurality of viewer programs at a DPE store etc., and written to an optical disk. SOLUTION: The optical disk recording system is equipped with a storage means of storing image data and viewer programs enabling the image data to be viewed and a recording device which writes the image data and a viewer program to the optical disk; when the image data and program are written to the optical disk, a user is able to select a desired viewer program stored in the storage means.
