PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide cement concrete containing cement and fine glass spherical bodies to increase the durability of concrete. SOLUTION: The cement concrete is produced by blending a cement composition containing 100 pts. cement and 0.5-15 pts. fine glass spherical body and has≥2,000 kg/m<SP>3</SP>mass per unit volume.
