PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a page turning tool which is applicable to a wide range of various writing utensils by eliminating an uncomfortable feel of pressure and sweaty moisture of a conventional fingerstall. SOLUTION: The rubber ring 2 is attachable to the main body 1 of the writing utensil and has a groove 3 on the outer surface, a groove 4 on the inner surface and a protrusion.
