PURPOSE: A milling chuck is provided to prevent the separation of an o-ring from a groove by pushing up and combining while the o-ring is inserted in the upper face of a tightening cap. CONSTITUTION: An o-ring groove(10) is formed in the middle girth of a contacted portion between the upper face of a tightening cap(4) to be combined with the lower part of a flange portion(9). The o-ring groove is formed inward the tightening cap. An o-ring(11) is inserted in the o-ring groove. Thereby, the o-ring is not separated from the o-ring groove at an assembling. Therefore, the absorption of the vibration and the sealing are performed certainly.
