PURPOSE: A mirror apparatus having a display apparatus is provided to compare an image displayed on a display screen with a mirror image displayed on a mirror easily and properly at a beauty salon or beauty related facilities. CONSTITUTION: A display panel(102) has a display screen(103) such as a PDP(Plasma Display Panel) or an organic EL(Electroluminescence) for emitting a display light. A half mirror(101) has a semi-transmission reflective surface(101S). A camera(110) photographs a forward object and obtains the image of the object. A display control member having a computer(300) controls the display panel in order to display the photographed image. The half mirror reflects the light of the circumference from the forward area.
