PURPOSE: A system for manufacturing concrete products is provided to rapidly produce concrete products of various sizes with a good quality, and to significantly improve working efficiency through automatic process. CONSTITUTION: The system for automatically manufacturing concrete products includes a manufacturing device(10) mounted with a mold(5) into which a reinforcing wire and concrete(C) is charged, a mold ascending/descending device and a rotating member for rotating the mold over 180 deg, a charging device(200) having a hopper and a dispenser, so as to supply a predetermined amounts of concrete from the hopper to the mold, a conveying device having a rail(250) and a pusher cylinder for moving concrete products and a pallet member through a tunnel-type curing device(300), a separating device(400) having a frame movable along a rail, onto which a grasp portion and a pallet member converting device is mounted, and a pallet return portion having a return rail(320) for moving pallet member(K) along a downward slope by gravity. |
