THIN FILM DIODE DISPLAY PLATE AND AN LCD INCLUDING THE SAME HAVING AN IMPROVED SIDE VISIBILITY

PURPOSE: A thin film diode display plate for an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) is provided to apply an RGBW method, thereby improving brightness and side visibility. CONSTITUTION: A pixel electrode(190) made of transparent conductive materials is formed on an insulation substrate. The pixel electrode(190) is electrically connected by the first and second scan lines(121,123) and two MIM(Metal Insulator Metal) diodes(D1,D2). The first and second scan lines are longitudinally formed on upper and lower portions of the pixel region. The first and second incoming electrodes(123,124) are faced by the first and second scan lines and connected to the first and second scan lines with a branch shape. The first and second incoming electrodes are covered by the first and second insulation films(151,152). The first and second contact electrodes(141,142) are formed on the substrate. An end of the first and second contact electrodes is superposed between the first and second incoming electrodes and the insulation films. The other end of the first and second contact electrodes are connected to the first and second contact portions(191,192) of the pixel electrode.
