PIXEL CIRCUIT AND DISPLAY DEVICE, ESPECIALLY COMPENSATING THRESHOLD VOLTAGE OF A DRIVING TRANSISTOR

PURPOSE: A pixel circuit and a display device are provided to change its capacitance by switching the on/off states of the MOS capacitance device due to the voltage change of the first or the second control signal line. CONSTITUTION: A pixel circuit includes a capacitor(24), a driving transistor(22), a light emitting device(26), a first control signal line and a MOS capacitance device(28). The capacitor maintains the received data voltage. The driving transistor is connected to one terminal of the capacitor to control the current flow in response to the voltage of the capacitor. The light emitting device emits the light in response to the current flow of the driving transistor. The first control signal line is connected to the other terminal of the capacitor to received a predetermined voltage. And, the MOS capacitance device is connected to the gate of the driving transistor to change the capacitance value by the voltage changes of the first or the second control signal line.
