摘要 PURPOSE: A method is provided to achieve improved luminous efficiency by preventing layers from being separated from each other by heat during operation of an organic electroluminescence device. CONSTITUTION: A method comprises a first step of forming an anode electrode on a transparent substrate; a second step of forming a hole injection layer(114) on the anode electrode; a third step of forming a hole transport layer(116) on the hole injection layer, at the state where the transparent substrate is applied with heat having a temperature higher than the glass transition temperature of a material forming the hole transport layer and lower than an evaporation temperature; a fourth step of forming a light emitting layer(118) on the hole transport layer; a fifth step of forming an electron transport layer on the light emitting layer; a sixth step of forming an electron injection layer on the electron transport layer; and a seventh step of forming a cathode electrode on the electron injection layer.
