摘要 PURPOSE: A speed Control Apparatus is provided to achieve improved characteristics of speed control by estimating an inertia coefficient and constituting a low speed area observer on the basis of the estimated inertia coefficient. CONSTITUTION: A speed control apparatus comprises a torque calculation unit(180), a full-order observer(190), and an inertia coefficient estimation unit(200). The torque calculation unit takes, an input, actual magnetic flux current value and torque current value detected during rotation of a motor(150), and outputs a torque. The full-order observer takes, as an input, torque output from the torque calculation unit, and rotation angle of a rotor of a motor detected by an encoder, and estimates an angular velocity of the rotor. The inertia coefficient estimation unit takes, as an input, angular velocity or the rotor output from the full-order observer and torque output from the torque calculation unit, and estimates an inertia coefficient.
