PURPOSE: A coaxial speaker is provided to prevent wire twisting by using a tug leave formed on a fixing portion and restricting a rotation of a moving portion within 360 degrees. CONSTITUTION: A coaxial speaker includes a woofer for low sounds, a tweeter for high sounds, a connection portion(130) having the tweeter rotatably and revolutionarily mounted thereon, a wire coupling the woofer and the tweeter, and a twist preventer(180) restricting a rotation angle of the connection portion. The connection portion includes a first cylindrical fixing member(140) having a lower portion mounted on an upper center of the woofer, a second cylindrical fixing member(150) having a lower portion mounted on the first fixing member, an upper center of the woofer, and a moving member(160) having a lower portion mounted on the second fixing member and having a tweeter thereon. The moving member rotates and revolves around a center of the second fixing member. The twist preventer includes a tug leave formed on a circumferential direction of the second fixing member and a tug protrusion blocked by the tug leave when the moving member rotates in a forward/reverse direction.
