PURPOSE: A snow melting device with improved meltability is provided to promptly melt a large quantity of snow by firstly melting snow using high-temperature steam and secondly melting snow using boiled water. CONSTITUTION: A snow melting device with improved meltability comprises a combustion furnace(10) for generating high-temperature combustion gas using a burner(2), a blower unit(20) for inducing the external air to the burner and the combustion furnace, a boiling chamber(30) concentratively boiling the melting water using the combustion gas generated from the combustion furnace, and a spray jacket(40) installed to surround the boiling chamber and for directly spraying the high-temperature steam to the snow.
