The present preparing method contains the following steps: isolating the primary virus unducing SARS; based on the isolation and classification, manufacturing the antigen(s) consisting of a simplex or complex of the virus; obtaining the immune eggs; preparing the crude extracts of the specific IgY against the various disease-indusing virus strains; purifing the said cude extracts. The present many preparations of the said specific IgY against SARS can be used for preventing and treating SARS, processing the characters of high effectiveness, safety and convenient use.
