The present invention is technology of maintaining the instantaneous changing information, including wink, hand vibration, expression, etc. while taking still image with a camera. The present invention consists of following three processes: the first capture process of still images in, before and after any instant; the second process of measuring the similarity of the three images, distinguishing some frames capable of being discarded before encoding and determining resolution and encoding target area based on the frames to be encoded; and the third process of encoding the previous distinguished frames and areas of the three said images.
