RADIO BASE STATION APPARATUS AND DATA TRANSFER CONTROL METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve throughput of data transfer in a wireless section. SOLUTION: A reception section 124 receives a data frame signal to be transferred from an RNC (radio network control) apparatus 300. A buffer 128 temporarily accumulates the data of the received data frame signal. An accumulation measuring section 130 measures the accumulation of the data accumulated in the buffer 128. A determining section 132 determines whether or not the size relation between either a first threshold or a second threshold set by a parameter setting section 118 and the accumulation is inverted. A CACF signal generating section 120 generates a CACF signal for indicating a predetermined instruction corresponding to a result of determination. When the size relation between the accumulation and the first threshold is inverted, a CACF signal generation stopping section 134 outputs a stopping instruction for stopping the generation of CACF signal to the section 120 from the output of the CACF signal corresponding to the inverted relation until the completion of a transfer rate protection period.
