PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid cost increases due to increases in the number of light sources when ambient display parts are provided for a plurality of locations. SOLUTION: A first reflecting surface 21 and a second reflecting surface 22 having different anglesθ1 andθ2 of inclination are formed in a front cover covering, from the surface side, a scale panel 30a provided with a scale part. An illuminating device 60 for emitting light toward both reflecting surfaces 21 and 22 is arranged on the surface side of the front cover 20. Under normal conditions in which no anomalous conditions have occurred in any section of a vehicle, a first ambient display for making reflecting light of the illuminating device 60 visually recognized as a virtual image m1 by reflecting it at the first reflecting surface 21 is executed, and a second ambient display for making light of the illuminating device 60 virtually recognized as a virtual image m2 by reflecting it at the second reflecting surface 22 is executed.
