PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact portable test controller which can be used for general-purpose in various systems, and which can simply execute advanced programmable control. SOLUTION: A connector type terminal block (input) 30 to which an input signal line from a control object machine is connected, a connector type terminal block (output) 40 to which an output signal line to the control object machine is connected, an input/output port 20 to which an external computer is connected, a panel display type PLC10 in which a control program is installed from the external computer via the input/output port 20, the input signal from the control object machine is inputted via connector type terminal block (input) 30 based on the installed control program, and outputs the output signal to the control object machine via the connector type terminal block (output) 40 are housed in the same housing.
