摘要 PURPOSE: A GPS terminal and a call quality management system and method using the same are provided to shorten the time to improve call quality by receiving call drop location information and rapidly catching the location information of an area where inferior calls occur frequently. CONSTITUTION: A call quality management system comprises GPS terminals(100,110), an MSC(Mobile Switching Center)(300), a call quality management server(400), and an operator terminal(500). The GPS terminals(100,110) provide the location information of area where a call drop occurs in the middle of telephone conversation. The MSC(300) creates an F3000 message when a call drop occurs in the middle of the telephone conversation between the GPS terminals(100,110), and transmits it to the call quality management server(400). The call quality management server(400) confirms the location of the call drop, collects statistics of call drop occurrence, and provides the statistical data so as to be used for call quality improvement. The operator terminal(500) receives the call drop data, statistically produced from the call quality management server(400), and displays the data so that the operator can confirm the data.
