<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shock-absorbing envelope having a plastic foam sheet inside the paper envelope as a shock-absorbing material in which separate disposal after the use is further facilitated, a paper portion of the shock-absorbing envelope and a plastic foam sheet portion are neither adhered or melted to each other in a structural manner, the structure is very simple, the amount of the material to be used is small, and the manufacturing step is simple at low cost. <P>SOLUTION: A plastic foam sheet (2) is present as a shock-absorbing material along the inner side of a paper envelope (1). Plastic foam sheet locking paper pieces (3A, 3B and 3C) extending downwardly are provided on both inner sides of an envelope opening part. The shock-absorbing function is maintained over the entire face and back surfaces of the envelope by holding both ends (21 and 22) of the plastic foam sheet located in a vicinity of the envelope opening part. After the use of the envelope, the foam sheet (2) can be easily taken out by opening the locking paper pieces (3A, 3B and 3C) upwardly. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
