PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a porous membrane used for electronic apparatus, a using method of this kind of the porous membrane, an electronic apparatus, a manufacturing method of the porous membrane, and a porous membrane manufactured by the method.

SOLUTION: In a porous membrane having a front surface and a rear surface used for an electronic apparatus, it has a slope of a light scattering intensity extending from the front surface to the rear surface and the slope of the light scattering intensity increased as it goes to the rear surface. The slope of the light scattering intensity starts from zero light scattering in the front surface.
