PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent shortage of lubricating oil from occurring in start-up time of a compressor.
SOLUTION: In the compressor, the pressure loss in a sucked-refrigerant path 115 connecting a suction chamber 111b with a swash-plate chamber 107c is set to be smaller than the pressure loss in an oil-supply path 117 connecting the swash-plate chamber 107c with an oil-storing chamber 116. Thus, after a prescribed time is passed after the pressure in the swash-plate chamber 107c is lowered to the extent of foaming, the pressure of the oil-storing chamber 116 is lowered to the extent of causing a foaming phenomenon. Consequently, even if for some reason or other, sucked refrigerant free from dissolved lubricating oil, i.e. refrigerant alone is supplied after evaporative boiling of entire liquid-phase refrigerant in the swash-plate chamber 107c, lack of the lubricating oil in sliding parts in the swash-plate chamber 107c can surely be prevented.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
|
