摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a coupling capacitance from occurring between a pixel electrode and a data line in an active-matrix liquid crystal display device. SOLUTION: Occurrence of the coupling capacitance between the pixel electrode 5 and the data line 3 is prevented by laying an auxiliary capacitive line 6 between the pixel electrode 5 and the data line 3 in a perpendicular direction. The auxiliary capacitive line 6 is laid over almost the whole area of the data line 3 in parallel with the data line 3. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
