PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold a fastening state of an outer wall plate in a stable state over a long period, in an outer wall construction structure formed by providing a fastening metal fitting 10 having high stability to a load acting on a back face of the fastened outer wall plate 40, while being a lightweight and inexpensive product. SOLUTION: This fastening metal fitting is formed by bending one steel plate. Two rising parts 24 and 24 for constituting an upper outer wall plate locking part 22, are continuously connected by a common front face plate part 25.
