PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a new amine compound, and to provide an organic electroluminescent element having excellent heat resistance, a long emission life and excellent durability. SOLUTION: The amine compound is represented by formula (1) [wherein, X<SB>1</SB>denotes an N-carbazolyl group or an NAr<SB>1</SB>Ar<SB>2</SB>(wherein, Ar<SB>1</SB>and Ar<SB>2</SB>denote each an aryl group); X<SB>2</SB>denotes an NAr<SB>3</SB>Ar<SB>4</SB>(wherein, Ar<SB>3</SB>and Ar<SB>4</SB>denote each an aryl group); Z<SB>1</SB>, Z<SB>2</SB>, Z<SB>3</SB>, Z<SB>4</SB>, Z<SB>5</SB>and Z<SB>6</SB>denote each hydrogen atom, a halogen atom or an (O)n-Z group (wherein, Z denotes a straight-chain, a branched chain or a cycloalkyl group or an aryl group; and (n) denotes 0 or 1); R<SB>1</SB>and R<SB>2</SB>denote each hydrogen atom, a straight-chain, a branched chain or a cycloalkyl group, an aryl group or an aralkyl group; and at least one of Ar<SB>1</SB>to Ar<SB>4</SB>denotes a fluoranthenyl group]. The organic electroluminescent element is obtained by sandwiching a layer containing at least the one kind of amine compound represented by formula (1) between a pair of electrodes.
