<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize print reproducibility differences, such as a density difference and a hue difference, by solving the problem in which, in the case where the same document is printed at different times or on different days, the same image density and the same hue cannot be reproduced. <P>SOLUTION: In first printing, a user intentionally presses an output condition memory key when the user assumes that the particular document may be used again for printing or a reproducibility difference between print images may need to be minimized. In response to the operation, a main body stores, for future use, various parameters that have effects on the characteristics of the image to be formed at the time. When the user prints the same document again, an output condition retrieving key is pressed. Thus, based upon the stored various parameters, the main body makes the reproducibility identical to that used in the first printing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
