PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous paper sheet, the perforation of which does not break during its transportation in a processing work such as printing. SOLUTION: This continuous paper sheet 1 is equipped with a base material 5 and a releasing paper sheet 7, which is provided on the rear surface side of the base material and covered with self-adhesive 6, and, at the same time, with perforations 2 for both folding and tearing and for partitioningly forming in unit papers 3. This perforation 3 is set to have the tie of 1.5-2.0 mm in length and the cut of 2.5-3.0 mm in length at a ridge folding part and have the tie of 2.5-3.0 mm in length and the cut of 1.5-2.0 mm in length at a valley folding part.
