PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a measurement result approximating as much as possible the original measured waveform and measured value, by suppressing the influence of an external electromagnetic noise to a minimum. SOLUTION: This electric signal, extracting device which extracts the electrical signal for measurement, is equipped with two thin metal wire rods 3 connected to the terminal of the electrical signal extracted part of the electronic circuit to be detected, a metallic holding part 2 making it possible to support, and open and close the tip gripping part 7 of this metal wire rod 3, and the opening and closing structure which makes the metal wire rod 3 open and close.
