PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a viewer to learn outlines of outline contents of a drama, a movie, etc. scheduled to be broadcasted on the day via an EPG by a broadcasting station even without checking the contents of the drama, the movie, etc. by a newspaper, a magazine, etc. in digital broadcast. SOLUTION: For the outline contents of the programs such as the drama, the movie, a broadcasting station decides usable programs for the day, it is set that the outline contents of target programs exist in an event information table (hereinafter EIT) in service information (hereinafter SI), program IDs (hereinafter PID) of the outline contents are set in a program map table (hereinafter PMT) and payloads of the outline contents are added to a TS.
