PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drawing device or the like which can continue a drawing work without stopping the drawing work every time even if nozzle clogging takes place. SOLUTION: The drawing device 1 for drawing a pattern by arranging a liquid body at a predetermined position on a substrate P has a substrate transfer part 30 for transferring the substrate P in a predetermined direction, a discharging part 12 for discharging the liquid body towards the substrate P from a part of a plurality of nozzles 211 set at predetermined intervals L along a direction nearly orthogonal to a designated direction, and a nozzle moving part 20 for moving the discharging part 12 in an orthogonal direction.
