摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mist recovery device for a processing machine, which is arranged outside the processing machine, and recovers mist generated due to spattering of working fluid fed into a processing area, with high efficiency. SOLUTION: The processing machine 11 has an exhaust conduit 71 arranged inside a bed 12 thereof in a manner penetrating the bed, which exhaust conduit introduces the working fluid from a machining fluid recovery container 13 arranged on the bed 12 immediately below the machining area MA, to the outside of the processing machine. Then a mist recovery conduit 72 is branched from the exhaust conduit 71 at a location immediately before a terminal of the same, and extended upward to be connected to the mist collecting device 60 arranged outside the processing machine. Further the finishing machine is provided with a ventilation blocking means 80 which is operable when the mist collecting device 60 carries out vacuum operation to make the interior of the mist recovery conduit 72 in a negatively pressurized state, so as to allow the working fluid to flow from an exhaust port 73 to a recovery container means 57 but to inhibit gas from flowing from the exhaust port 73 to the mist recovery conduit 72.
