PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure constructing method by which a ceiling slab and a floor slab can be constructed without incurring cross sectional fractures in a ceiling beam and a floor beam, and forms employed in the construction can be reused. SOLUTION: According to the structure constructing method, a necessary number of form members for molding a flat surface, which are lengthwise-adjustable are prepared, and they are adjacently stretched over mutually opposed upper edges of two beam molding forms which are horizontally separated from each other, after lengthwise-adjusting the form members for molding the flat surface such that the tip of each member does not protrude to a molding material filling vacancy of the beam molding form, to thereby construct a floor surface onto which molding material is poured. Then the molding material is poured onto the molding material pouring floor surface so as to mold the floor slab with a necessary thickness, and after hardening of the molding material, the beam molding form is disassembled, and the form members for molding the flat surface are separated from the molded body and collected together for recycling.
