PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water receiving tank capable of creating an excellent quality for drinking water by coating a metallic oxide glass membrane to the inner side of the water tank for domestic use and placing St. ore in the water tank. SOLUTION: As shown in the figure, the metallic oxide glass membrane (1) is applied to the inside of the tank, the St. ore (2) is placed, rain water is passed through a filter equipment (16) for utilizing it as drinking water after storing in the tank as shown in the figure, and water in the tank is agitated for 5 minutes every one hour. Also, charcoal and bamboo coal (11) are provided at the root portion of a faucet (15). When water becomes full in the tank, a part of a float (18) becomes parallel to the water surface by which the ingress of water can be prevented by a rubber packing (17), water is overflowed at the portion of a filter (16) and flows to an ordinary downspout. This is useful for securing safe drinking water by the responsibility of each person by using natural substances and materials because people will definitely experience the shortage of the drinking water in the 21st Century. Each person is required to recognize the importance of respective water resources and secure the limited water resources as blessing from the heavens.
