PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily, quickly and stably stand a picture frame on a floor surface or on a Tatami surface without using a pedestal, etc. in addition to use the picture frame as hung on the wall. SOLUTION: The picture frame has a double structure consisting of a rectangular main body and a subordinate body surrounding the outer periphery of the main body. Rotatable guide pins are mounted to project at four corners of the main body, and a frame of the subordinate body has key grooves guided by the guide pins to make U-shaped divided bodies divided into two left and right sections at the center. Each divided body is structured to rotate in the standing state in the circumferential direction with the guide pins as pivots in an appropriate position in the key groove.
