PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle investigating method by which a suspicious person and a damaged part can easily be identified and highly precise investigation is performed since a picture can easily be viewed by photographing a vehicle by all-direction cameras having wide angle lenses and converting the pictures into flat pictures. SOLUTION: The all-direction cameras 4, 6 and 7 for photographing lower faces, sides and upper faces of the vehicle A are arranged in the way of a moving path of the vehicle A. Respective faces of the vehicle are photographed by the all-direction cameras 4, 6 and 7. A picture processing means converts the pictures photographed by the all-direction cameras 4, 6 and 7 into flat surface pictures, and they are displayed by a display means.
