POLARIZATION COMMON PLANAR ARRAY ANTENNA

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polarization common planar array antenna in which satisfactory characteristics can be obtained in antennas in an upper layer and a lower layer. SOLUTION: The antenna is provided with: a first ground conductor 11; a first antenna circuit board 13 where first radiation elements 18a and first feeding lines 19a are formed; a first slot plate 14 where passive elements 21 are arranged in respective slot openings 24 and holding parts 22 which conduct the passive elements 21 in a direction orthogonal to excitation polarization directions of the parasitic elements 21 and hold them are formed; a second antenna circuit board 15 where second radiation elements 18b and second feeding lines 19b are formed and the excitation direction of the second radiation elements 18b is orthogonal to that of the first radiation elements 18a; and a second slot plate 17 where transmission projections 27 having desired widths and lengths are formed in parts positioned immediately above the second feeding lines 19b in the respective slot openings 26.
