PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive speaker system having a simple structure which can realize complete omnidirectional property irrespective of frequencies in a horizontal direction in a reproduction band and has high conversion efficiency. SOLUTION: A four-way speaker system provided with a low sound radiating unit L, a middle/low sound radiating unit ML, a middle/high sound radiating unit MH, and a high sound radiating unit T. The low sound radiating unit L consists of a woofer W and a cabinet 8, the middle/high sound radiating unit MH and the high sound radiating unit T are each a horn speaker, and drivers Da, Db, Dc of the respective units are dynamic electroacoustic transducers. Horns Ha, Hb, Hc are arranged so as to form a sound channel opened on the whole periphery in a horizontal direction in a side. The horns consist of lower horn members 4a, 4b, 4c widening to the whole periphery in a horizontal direction, and upper horn members 5a, 5b, 5c arranged with a predetermined distance from the members 4a, 4b, 4c are connected to an opening portion 3 formed on the front of a diaphragm 1.
