Date Jul. 7, 1983.The present invention relates to a method of avoiding a too rapid curing reaction in production processes where a prepolymer is cured, giving an extension of the so-called pot life. By adding a small amount of a compound, whose structural formula comprises the metal-binding part <IMAGE> to form complexes with transition metals catalyzing the curing reaction, an extension of the pot life is achieved without any negative influence on the qualities of the produced product. Preferably a tetracycline compound is added.
