PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately specify an abnormality generating part even when a logical route changes. SOLUTION: Stream distribution of a signal is performed via a plurality of node devices 2 to 5 connected with a network 1. The node devices 2 to 5 are provided with detection means 23 to 53 for detecting whether or not the signal arrives at the present node device, response means 24 to 54 for responding detection results by the detection means 23 to 53 and investigation means 35 to 55 for sequentially inquiring arrival of the signal to the response means of other nodes, investigating and outputting in what part in the network 1 the abnormality is generated.
