PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide heels of woman's shoes reducing shock in landing without impairing stability. SOLUTION: The front part of a hard first heel body 11 is provided from the upper end face to the lower end of a heel body 10, and the rear part of the first heel body 11 is spaced from the upper end face of a lift 20. A second heel body 12 softer than the first heel body 11 is provided in a space between the first heel body 11 and the upper end face of the lift 20 at the rear part, and the second heel body 12 is joined to the lower face of the rear part of the first heel body 11.
