Door hinge (10) comprises a lower hinge part (14) for fixing by welding on a frame (12), an upper hinge part (18) for fixing by welding on a door leaf (16), and a hinge pin connecting the two hinge parts. The upper hinge part has a fixing flap (24) extending perpendicularly to the hinge axis (22) and having two centering bores or hollows (26, 28) arranged a distance (30, 32) apart in the direction of the hinge axis and/or perpendicularly to the hinge axis. The fixing flap is placed with a centering hole or hollow on corresponding protrusions (34, 36) on the door leaf. An independent claim is also included for a door or flap arranged in a frame using at least two hinges.
