PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform the inspection of the propriety of the shape of a formed lens array, the inspection of the propriety of the cementing of the lens array, or the inspection of the propriety of the shape of formed lens components and the inspection of propriety in cementing a plurality of lenses. SOLUTION: In a lens array 100 formed by connecting a plurality of lenses 101 by a connection member 102, a ring-like mark 103-1 surrounding the optical axis of the lens 101 is formed on the outside of an optical functional surface 101-1 on one surface of the lens 101, and is used to perform the inspection. Alternatively, a ring-like mark 103-2 surrounding the optical axis of the lens 101 may be formed on the outside of an optical functional surface 101-2 on the surface of the lens 101 being the back surface of the surface having the optical functional surface 101-1, and the inspection can be performed by using the mark 103-2.
