PURPOSE: A soundproof panel for absorbing and intercepting sound is provided to improve soundproofing efficiency by . CONSTITUTION: The soundproof panel(10) having sound absorption and sound insulation comprises upper and lower frames(11,12), front and rear plates(13,14) provided with many through holes(H) and installed to the front and rear sides of the upper and lower frames(11,12), a side plate(15) installed to cut off both sides of the front and rear plates(13,14) from the outside, and a sound absorber filled in an internal space formed by coupling the front and rear plates(13,14) and the side plate(15). The sound absorber is composed of front and rear sound absorbers and a cutoff plate is inserted between the front and rear sound absorbers.
