BLOCKING TOOL FOR HOLLOW STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blocking tool for a hollow structure that can prevent a weld line from being separated owing to shrinkage of an annular foamed base material in the beginning of foaming and prevent blocking defects. SOLUTION: Provided are a holder body 20 and an annular foamed base material 11. The holder body 20 has a holder plate 22 which is provided crossing the length of a hollow chamber 7 and supports at least one flank of the annular foamed base material 11. The holder plate 22 has an annular wall 23 supporting the inner peripheral surface of the annular foamed base material 11. The annular foamed base material 11 is annularly formed along the outer periphery of the annular wall 23 of the holder plate 22 by injection molding. On one flank of the holder plate 22 or the outer periphery of the annular wall 23, a shrinkage restriction part 50 is provided which engages the annular foamed base material 11 to restrict shrinkage of the foamed base material 11 in the beginning of foaming.
