PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular instrument attaching utensil which can retract a base section supporting a vehicular instrument above a floor console box to the back side of the floor console box regardless of the shape of a floor console. SOLUTION: A strut member 9 which is erected from a vehicle floor, and on the upper end part of which, an engaging part 24 is provided is respectively arranged on both side parts of the floor console 3. At the same time, the plate-like base section 13 which covers the upper surface of the floor console box 8 is provided. Then, on the rear surface of the base section 13, a guide section 14 which slides the base section 13 in the longitudinal direction by engaging with the engaging part 24 is arranged in such a way that the position in the width direction of the base section 13 can be changed.
