PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sieve sorting apparatus in which a regulation member for regulating transportation height of a matter to be sorted from a sieve surface of a sieve member is provided in the middle of a transportation pathway of the matter to be sorted between a feeding position and a discharging position and thus transportation height of the matter to be sorted is regulated by the regulation member and the matter to be sorted cannot be transported to the discharging position without being subjected to sufficient sieve sorting even when excess amount of the matter to be sorted is fed to the feeding position on the sieve member and thus to attain favorable sieve sorting. SOLUTION: The sieve sorting apparatus is provided with the sieve member 2 which can receive the matter to be sorted W such as soil for a seedling box, compost and a harvest and a sieving mechanism 3 for giving the sieve member sieve vibration by which the matter to be sorted in the sieve member is transported from the feeding position K at one side part of the sieve member to the discharging position H at another side part. Further the regulation member 13 for regulating transportation height of the matter to be sorted from the sieve surface of the sieve member is provided in the middle of the transportation pathway of the matter to be sorted between the feeding position and the discharging position.
