PURPOSE: A grouting apparatus having an adapting type packing member is provided to inject cement milk from the base of an excavation hole effectively through an injection rod. CONSTITUTION: The grouting apparatus having an adapting type packing member is inserted into an excavation hole and provided with an injection rod(34) having many exhaust holes(40) to discharge injection materials to the outside and many adapting type packing members(48) which are installed on the outer circumference of the injection rod(34) and expanded and contracted variably by the injection and outflow of a compound solution. The adapting type packing member(48) comprises: many adapting type packings(50) adhered closely to be surrounded along the outer circumference of the injection rod(34) at regular intervals; an injection hose(52) connecting each adapting type packing(50) to inject fillers to the adapting type packings(50); and a binding member(54) installed to be covered on the outer circumference of the injection hose(52) connected between the adapting type packings(50) to prevent the expansion of the injection hose(52).
