METHOD FOR CALCULATING MATERIALS OF HANGER OR SUPPORT TO FIX PIPELINE BY INPUTTING SHAPE AND QUANTITY OF THE HANGER OR THE SUPPORT

PURPOSE: A method for calculating materials of a hanger or a support to fix the pipeline is provided to automatically calculate a BOM by checking presence of the hanger or the support exceeding a limit quantity if a shape and a quantity of the hanger or the support are randomly inputted. CONSTITUTION: A shape and a quantity of the hanger or the support are randomly inputted(20). Data related to the shape and the quantity is extracted from a previously stored list for the shape of the hanger or the support(22). The presence of the hanger or the support exceeding the limit quantity is checked for the extracted data(23). In case of corresponding particulars, the BOM is calculated/output by each shape(24).
