<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing reclaimed paper, by which the reclaimed paper not containing DNA can be produced from waste paper containing the DNA for certification, and to provide an apparatus for producing the reclaimed paper. <P>SOLUTION: Waste paper pulp as a raw material for the reclaimed paper is produced through a disintegration process for disintegrating waste paper in water in a pulp state, a refuse-removing process for removing foreign matters from the pulp-like waste paper, a deinking process for removing an ink from the pulp-like waste paper, and a bleaching process for bleaching the deinked waste paper. When waste paper pulp is produced from waste paper containing a DNA ink used for the certification of document, a process for mixing a nuclease of DNA-degrading enzyme with the pulp-like waste paper is added to the deinking process to remove the DNA from the raw material for the reclaimed paper. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
