INTEGRATED MONITORING AND ANALYSIS DEVICE AND METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated monitoring and analysis device and method for integrally monitoring and analyzing problems from the monitoring of the operating state on a process of various facilities such as a production facility in a factory or the like and the grasping of a factor disturbing the normal operation in each process.

SOLUTION: A personal computer 30 outputs defective data fetched to a PLC 10 corresponding to the actuator system A of the production facility as facility data. A person al computer 40 outputs defective data fetched to a PLC 20 corresponding to the line carrying system of a line carrying facility as facility data. A personal computer 60 outputs the defective data fetched from each PCL 10 or 20 as operation data. A management server 70 stores the facility data from both the personal computers 30 and 40 and the operation data from the personal computer 60 in an HDD 70a. A personal computer 80 reads the data in the HDD 70a through a management server 70 and integrally analyses them.
